• Name, email address and mobile number that you enter at checkout.
• Order details: which kit you bought, the amount, the payment status, the date and how many times your download link was used.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept for a short time to prevent abuse (for example, too many login or email requests).

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details are entered in Razorpay's secure payment window and are never stored by us. We only receive a payment id and the payment status. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the details you give them.

How we use your information

• To deliver your kit and email you the download link.
• To answer support requests and resend links when you ask.
• To keep records required by law (for example, tax records).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages. We only email you about your order and your support requests.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments) and Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email delivery, in the Mumbai region). We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 8 years, as required for accounting and tax purposes. Abuse-prevention data is deleted automatically within a day.
